Application for the post of MD/CEO
Factors for evaluation of candidate -
- ✓ Age between 35 to 70 years of age.
- ✓ Candidate shall possess relevant educational qualifications and other sound criteria.
- ✓ Candidate shall be graduate preferably, with -
- Qualification in banking/ co-operative banking such as CAIIB/ Diploma in Banking and Finance/ Diploma in co-operative Business Management or equivalent qualification.
- Chartered or Cost Accountant/ MBA (Finance).
- Post graduation in any relevant discipline.
- ✓ Knowledge of Kannada is an advantage.
- ✓ Candidate shall have a combined experience of at least 8 years at the Middle/ Senior Management level in the banking sector or non-banking finance companies engaged in lending and asset financing.
- ✓ Salary preferable on experience and performance.
- ✓ The candidate shall not -
- Be engaged in any other business or vocation.
- Be holding the position of a Member of Parliament or State Legislature or Municipal Corporation or other local bodies.
- Be a director of any company other than a company registered under section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013.
- Be a partner of any firm which carries on the trade, business or industry.
- Have substantial interest in any company or firm.
- Be a Director, Manager, Managing Agent, partner or proprietor of any trading, commercial or industrial concern.
- Be of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court.
- Be an undischarged insolvent.
- Be convicted by a criminal court of an offence involving moral turpitude.
- Be a director of any other co-operative bank or a co-operative credit society.
